He had not always had it easy throughout his lifetime. EL Loko constantly fought for his own art and his view of African art. To be able to temporarily offer a small selection of his works at a very special place is the goal of the cooperation of Citykirche and ARTCO gallery.
We are delighted that the widow EL Loko's, Ms. Regina Loko, can take time for the visitors of the art of her husband. The church space gives the works a framework that corresponds entirely to the basic intention of EL Loko. The world faces are more relevant now than ever.
